Here, the menu is based on traditional British cuisines researched thoroughly around the British library by the leading food historians.

Mirazur Restaurant in Menton, France, operated and run by famous chef Mauro Colagreco, made the list as one of the Best restaurants in Europe. The restaurant was voted as 35th best among Top 50 Restaurants by Restaurant magazine in 2009, 28th in 2013, and 24th in 2012. The restaurant is ranked 4th among 50 Best Restaurants in the World in 2017, and it finally reached the top 3 spots in 2018.

 

L’Arpegé, Paris, France


L’Arpège is a French restaurant run by chef Alain Passard in Paris. Earlier, it was called L’Archestrate. Passard bought the restaurant from Alain Senderens in the year 1986.
It was listed in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants by S. Pellegrino, it was voted 19th best in 2011. It is well regarded for offering pure vegan and vegetarian dishes.

Restaurant Frantzén, Stockholm, Sweden


This restaurant is located on Klara Norra kyrkogata No. 26 in Stockholm, Sweden. The restaurant opened in 2008 and has recieved seeveral awards since inception of operation.
Now it is run by pastry chef Daniel Lindeberg and chef Bjorn Frantzen, who had worked at many other reputable restaurant in Sweden. Later on, they opened their restaurant in Stockholm which was awarded the first star in 2009 and second in 2010.

El Celler de Can Roca, Girona, Spain
This restaurant opened in 1986; El Celler de Can Roca restaurant is located in Girona by Josep, Joan, and Jordi, the Roca brothers. At the begining, it was closed to Can Roca, which was the restaurant headed by their parents. In 2007, it was moved to its current location.

As one of the best restaurants in Europe, restaurant magazine ranked it the World’s best restaurant in 2013 and 2015. Traditional Catalan is the specialty in this restaurant, but with some creative twists.
